These terms apply to all orders placed on sillygoatgoods.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Silly Goat Goods is run by Darren Hunt, a sole trader based in Berkeley, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@sillygoatgoods.com.
2. Our products
Our t-shirts, mugs, tote bags and other items are printed to order by our print partners. Product images are for illustration – colours and print position may vary slightly between screens and batches. Please check the size guide before ordering clothing.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout by card or other methods shown; we never see or store your full card details.
4. Your order
After you order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Our contract with you is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has been made); if so, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Items are usually produced within 2–5 working days and then delivered by the chosen service. Delivery times are estimates. The risk in the goods passes to you when they’re delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details, including faulty items and personalised items, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Faulty goods and your rights
We’re required by law to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Our liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable, or for business losses. We don’t exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Designs and intellectual property
All designs on this site belong to Silly Goat Goods or are used with permission. Buying a product doesn’t give you the right to reproduce the design.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
