We want you to love your Silly Goat Goods order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work. This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just email hello@sillygoatgoods.com with your order number and let us know. We’ll reply with the address to send it back to.
- Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it arrived faulty or wasn’t what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service.
- We’ll refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you showing proof you’ve sent it, if that’s sooner).
- If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Every item is printed to order, and occasionally something goes wrong. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@sillygoatgoods.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund – your choice. You won’t normally need to send the item back.
Personalised items
Items made to your own specification (for example with your name, photo or custom text) can’t be returned for a change of mind, because they’re made just for you. They’re still covered if they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Cancelling before dispatch
Items go into production quickly. If you’d like to cancel, email us as soon as possible – if your order hasn’t gone into production yet we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take a few working days to appear.
